Brenda Robinson

Brenda Robinson focuses her practice on intellectual property, including copyright and trademark, and entertainment matters on behalf of clients in the music, film, television and sports industries.

Brenda has provided legal counsel to numerous recording artists, musicians and composers, actors and actresses, production companies, authors, arts organizations, athletes and entertainers in issues involving contract negotiation and preparation, talent agreements, artist management agreements, music publishing and co‐publishing agreements, literary publishing agreements, screenplay and script review, script clearance and private offering memoranda in connection with film financing.

Brenda is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and obtained a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate in Business & Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
