Jason Hirschhorn


Mr. Jason Hirschhorn serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Media REDEF. Mr. Hirschhorn was an Advisor at Greycroft Partners LLC. Mr. Hirschhorn served at MySpace from April 2009 to June 2010 as its Chief Product Officer and from February 2010 to June 2010 as co-President. Mr. Hirschhorn served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Myspace Inc., from February 2010 to June 2010. He served as President of The Sling Media Entertainment Group of Sling Media, Inc. He joined Sling Media in December, 2006 to preside over the newly created Sling Media Entertainment Group. Mr. Hirschhorn was tasked with delivering entirely new applications and services enabled by the Slingbox marriage of familiar TV programming and richly interactive Web-connected devices He was a Founding Partner at TripleH Media Advisors. Mr. Hirschhorn served as the Chief Digital Officer of CBS Corporation since October 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Digital Music & Media for MTV Networks. At MTV Networks, he was responsible for the company’s digital media businesses and interactive strategy. Since joining MTV Networks in 2000 as Vice President of Product Development for Sonicnet, he served a succession of titles in the online groups of MTV Networks. He served as General Manager of VH1.com and Senior Vice President of CMT.com and led each team to new benchmarks, in terms of content, reach and value to consumers and clients. Prior to joining MTV Networks, he founded Mischief New Media. Mr. Hirschhorn served as Chief Digital Officer of Viacom Inc. since October 2005. He serves as a Director at MGM Holdings Inc. He serves as a Member of Global Advisory Council at NewCo Media, Inc. He serves as Director of charity Computers for Youth. He served as a Director of Amp’d Mobile Inc., since December 2005. Mr. Hirschhorn holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
