Susan Zuckerman Williams is a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP and Deputy Chair of the firm’s nationally recognized Entertainment Department. She has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on the legal and business aspects of sophisticated debt and equity financing transactions as well as complex licensing and distribution arrangements for motion pictures, television, digital and new media.
