In 2004, Cindy Lin established Infotainment China. With 27 years working experience in China’s entertainment industry, Mrs. Lin specializes in movie acquisition, film investment analysis and media corporation strategy. As China’s first private international sales agency, she has been recognized as Chinese cinema’s pioneering ‘Independent Spirit.’ In 2010, Ms. Lin successfully managed to expand into foreign film acquisition and China’s domestic distribution with a rapid strong track record importing 150 foreign films in 7 years covering theatrical release,TV and New Media channels, including Kubo and Two Strings from Universal, The Wailing from Fox, The Last Flag Flying from Amazon, Spy Kids 4 & Nut Job from The Weinstein Company and more titles from top film companies. Mrs. Lin has been pointing towards emerging new generation viewers through VOD platform as a next move, including Youku, Iqiyi, Letv, Sohu and more. So far, Infotainment China keeps 100% success rate from censorship and quota assessment with the masterful selection of foreign movies and good luck.
