Benji Lanpher

Benji Lanpher was born in Minnesota and has been living in California for 16 years. He’s a freelance Cinematographer/Director of Photography for 12 years and has been a Director of Photography on Life Below Zero for five years. Life Below Zero has taught him what he appreciates most in film, which are smaller crews that allow for the ultimate creativity, traveling to exotic places, and capturing real stories as they unfold naturally.
