Jason Rapp

Jason Rapp is an experienced investor, operator and M&A dealmaker who loves helping entrepreneurs. He is currently co-founder and partner of Whisper Advisors, the boutique strategy advisory firm in Santa Monica, CA.

Prior to starting Whisper, Jason was a partner and managing director of Science, Inc., the investment firm that helped to build Dollar Shave Club (sold to Unilever) FameBit (sold to Google) and Hello Society (sold to The New York Times) among many other companies.  Jason was a senior executive in Barry Diller’s IAC corporation, having run the M&A group and as CEO of subsidiary Gifts.com.  Before joining IAC, Jason was an executive at The New York Times company. He began his career in government service.

Jason received an MBA degree from Columbia University and an AB degree from Duke University.  He serves on the Los Angeles committee of Human Rights Watch.
